Juvinao Family Law
Before completing my Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary in 2013, I had previously obtained a Bachelor of Laws, with distinction, at the University Jorge Tadeo Lozano in 2004, in my native country of Colombia. My practice in Colombia was diverse, involving civil, criminal and family law. I began my Canadian legal career as a Judicial Clerk at the Court of Queen's Bench in Calgary, where, for over four years, I gained invaluable inside knowledge of the legal system and courtroom procedures.
Since being called to the bar in Alberta in 2014, I have practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Before opening my own office, I was an associate at Knight and Pritchett LLP and Leamy Family Lawyers.

With experience as a practicing lawyer in two different legal systems, and as a former Queen's Bench Paralegal, I bring a versatile and pragmatic approach to my family law practice. I have appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.

In my free time, I enjoy walking, painting, going to the movies, and spending time with my family.
